Below is a list of some of the things that can result in disciplinary action.

Command Staff Meetings: Officers of the "command staff" (Captain and higher are included) are required to attend command staff meetings. If an officer of the command staff cannot attend the meeting they need to let the other command staff know ahead of time NOT AT MEETING TIME that they will not be able to attend.  If a member of the "Command Staff" misses 3 consecutive meetings THEY WILL BE DEMOTED. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

Officer Meetings: The lieutenant of each platoon will be asked about what happened in their platoon meeting and what was discussed when they go to the Officer Meeting. After 4 consecutive officer meetings where a lieutenant has no information on what was discussed and what happened, or has an excuse for not having the meeting ( i.e. forgot, kids, work, etc. ) THEY WILL BE DEMOTED. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! If a lieutenant misses 2 consecutive officer meetings or command staff meetings THEY WILL BE DEMOTED. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

Missing Platoon Meetings: If a member misses 4 consecutive ( in a row ) meetings they will be court martialed. If you have an issue where you will be gone for an extended period of time you need to get with your supervisor ( officer next in chain of command/ above you ) and let them know why, so they can relay the information up the chain of command to the LT about getting you honorably discharged. After having received your first court martial for inactivity and continue to not show up you will be dishonorably discharged. NO EXCEPTIONS

Sexual Harassment or Discrimination: If a member is caught sexually harassing another member or any other players ( non-member ) they will be discharged and not welcome back. If a member is caught discriminating against another player or member whether due to race, sexuality, religion, sex, or any other form of discrimination they will be discharged and not welcome back. These issues will be handled on a case by case basis but keep in mind that it can and may result in dishonorable discharge and permanent ban.
