Promotions

 

Private – When first recruited to BeyondReturnGaming you will be a Private. You will remain a Private for approximately 1 week based upon how active you are gaming with other members.

 

Specialist – Specialists' have been gaming with members for approximately 1 week. A Specialist will remain so for at least 1 month. In order to promote you must have held rank of Specialist for a month and be actively playing with other members. Upon approval you will be eligible to promote to corporal.

 

Corporal – You have been actively playing with members for 1 month. In order to promote you must have held rank of Specialist for 3 months. You must be actively playing with members as well as participating regularly in scheduled game nights and live stream nights.

 

Sergeant – You have been actively participating in regularly scheduled events with the community. In order to promote you must have held rank of corporal for 5 months. You must be continually playing with other members and participating in regularly scheduled events. You must recite the BeyondReturnGaming Code of Conduct.

 

Warrant Officer – You have been actively participating in regularly scheduled events with other members. You have also successfully recited the Code of Conduct and are abiding by it. In order to promote you must have held the position of Sergeant for 6 months. You must be continually playing with other members and participating in regularly scheduled events. You must also be willing to contribute to any community expenses. You must recite the BeyondReturnGaming Code of Conduct. You must complete and pass the Warrant Officer test. If you fail, you may retake the test after 30 days.

 

Lieutenant – You have been playing with members in regularly scheduled events. You understand what it means being a ranking officer and contributing to funding of BeyondReturnGaming. You have successfully recited the Code of Conduct and are upholding it. In order to promote you must have held the rank of Warrant Officer for 1 year. You have successfully found and promoted a replacement that meets the criteria. You must be continually participating in scheduled events as well as helping the community financially. You must complete and pass the Lieutenant test.  If you fail, you may retake the test after 30 days.

 

Captain – You have been regularly and actively playing with members as well as participating in scheduled events and stream nights. You have been a ranking officer and fully understand what it means and the responsibilities that come with it. You are actively contributing to the funding of BeyondReturnGaming. You are upholding the Code of Conduct as well as holding others accountable. You have successfully ran your platoon and have found and promoted a replacement that meets the criteria. In order to promote you must have held the rank of Lieutenant for 1 year and 6 months (1.5 years). You must complete and pass the Captain test.  If you fail, you may retake the test after 30 days.

 

Colonel – You are a committed member to BeyondReturnGaming and understand what it means to be in a leadership role. You continually participate in game nights and scheduled events. You actively contribute to the funding of BeyondReturnGaming. You are holding the members of your branch accountable to the Code of Conduct. You are successfully operating your branch in the community and working closely with other officers to ensure things are running smoothly. You have helped higher members with gamertag changing process. You have successfully ran your branch and have found and promoted a replacement that meets the criteria. In order to promote you must have held the rank of Captain for at least 2 years. You must complete and pass the Colonel test.  If you fail, you may retake the test after 30 days.

 

Major General – You are a crucial building block within the community and fully understand what it means to be a leader of BeyondReturnGaming. You fully understand what it means to contribute financially to the community and are regularly doing so. You are actively participating in scheduled events and live streams. You are working closely with other officers to ensure a fun environment for everyone. You are helping to oversee the entirety of the community and any events or functions within it. You have successfully found and promoted a replacement that meets the criteria. In order to promote you must have held the rank of Colonel for at least 2 years. You must complete and pass the Major General test.  If you fail, you may retake the test after 30 days.

 

General - You are a crucial building block within the community and fully understand what it means to be a leader of BeyondReturnGaming. You fully understand what it means to contribute financially to the community and are regularly doing so. You are actively participating in scheduled events and live streams. You are working closely with other officers to ensure a fun environment for everyone. You are helping to oversee the entirety of the community and any events or functions within it. You have successfully found and promoted a replacement that meets the criteria. In order to promote you must have held the rank of Major General for 3 years. You must complete and pass the General test.  If you fail, you may retake the test after 30 days.

 

Commanding General – This person is over anything and everything to do with BeyondReturnGaming. This person also has final say in any matter not previously dealt with by another officer. This person is in charge of the website as well as aiding where needed in any social media involvement of BeyondReturnGaming. This rank will only ever be held by a Founding Member.
