HitSquad Rules & Regs.

 

  1. To be a member of the hitsquad ESL team you must be a current member of Beyond Return Gaming.

  2. In order to SignUp for the team you must reach the minimum rank requirement of specialist.

  3. Upon receiving the team join request you must complete a tryout for the team.

  4. After you have completed a tryout you must pay the required team membership dues in accordance to what has been lined out on the HitSquad page of the Beyond Return Gaming website.

  5. Once you have completed your tryout as well as paid your dues you must follow through with the remaining steps of the “Team SignUp Checklist”

  6. If you have not completed ALL of the items on the “Team SignUp Checklist” you WILL NOT be considered a part of the HitSquad ESL team and therefore will NOT be permitted to participate in practices or tournaments.

  7. Once you have successfully joined the team you ARE REQUIRED to respond to various events within the teamer app.

  8. If you do not respond to a notification in teamer YOU WILL BE COUNTED AS ABSENT AND IT WILL REFLECT IN YOUR ATTENDANCE IN TEAMER. 

  9. If your attendance is not at at least 75% you will NOT be permitted to participate in a tournament. 

  10. If your attendance percentage falls below 30% YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE TEAM! 

  11. If you are unable to be a part of the team due to outside circumstances you need to let a coach know so that you are not removed from the team, otherwise you will be removed from the team and you will be required to reapply as well as pay your team dues again. 

  12. If you are caught not upholding the Code of Conduct while participating in team events you will serve a 1 week suspension from the team. 

  13. If you are not attending your platoon meetings or are at risk for court martial, you will not be permitted to compete in a tournament until you have corrected your attendance within your platoon. 

  14. This team is treated as an “extracurricular” activity, it is set aside for those that wish to challenge themselves in their gameplay. The team is a privilege and perk of Beyond Return Gaming and should be treated as such. If you cannot conduct yourself as expected within the community you will no longer be allowed to be a part of the team.

  15. If you cannot follow the rules outlined above, you will not be a member of the HitSquad ESL team.
